Property Management

- Regular inspections inside and outside your property

Property Management + Rental Service
At DCamposol, property management goes beyond just maintaining your property - it also includes a convenient rental service for owners who want to rent out their properties. With our rental service, you don't have to worry about key handovers to tenants. We ensure a secure handling, so you can rent out your property worry-free.
- Guest reception: Warm welcome and key handover
- Departure check: Appointment for a departure check and collecting the keys, possibly settling deposits (if applicable)
- Smooth communication and problem-solving for your tenants

* Extras
- If the owners request an extra visit to the property by one of our staff, a fee of €20 per visit will be charged.
For visits between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the cost is €40 per visit.
If the visits last longer, a fee of €15 per hour will be charged from the second hour onward.
- Guest Reception: Professional guest reception, including an explanation of the property and installations: €25 (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), €35 (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM), €45 (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Check-out and Final Inspection: Property check upon guest departure, including inspection for any damage: €25 (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Cleaning Services: The use of our cleaning service is an essential part of our rental service for your property. This allows us to guarantee that your property always meets our strict standards and that guests arrive in a clean and tidy environment.
* Regular Cleaning (cleaning before arrival, after a long closure): Price: €50 to €100 per session (depending on the size of the property).
* Final Cleaning after Rental (including laundry and making the beds): Price: €75 to €150 per session (depending on the size of the property).
- All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
